The parcel of the Bâtie houses the planting project of 948 trees for the Grenoble Saint-Ismier Landscape School. It wishes to promote organic farming in the training of young farmers in order to develop their practices towards agro-ecology. It also aims to set up agro-forestry systems.

Créée en 2007 à l’occasion du Casdar Agroforesterie 2006-2008, l’AFAF travaille depuis 2010 au développement de l’agroforesterie en France, aussi bien sur la scène agricole, politique qu’auprès du grand-public. Vincent strongly believes in the crucial role of the trees in his agricultural system. He realised the importance of introducing them in order to restore the soil, expand his vegetable and cereal production, diversify and increase his agricultural production. Since planting his first trees in 2018, he wants to continue with an additional 570 new trees to attract an abundance of biodiversity by creating ecological corridors.
This project in Canada aims to support five Ontario farm families who want to switch to organic farming and restore local ecosystems by planting 10,000 trees. This planting will create ecological corridors to protect local wildlife, improve soil and water quality, and store carbon.
95% of the donations received will be put into the project and the remaining 5% used to cover the running costs of A Tree For You
